14-Day ReturnsYou may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and returned with any original tags or packaging.
How to request a returnPlease contact us at contact@belleviafashion.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request. We will provide the return instructions.
RefundsOnce your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the outcome of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Faulty or incorrect itemsIf your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution.
Return postageFor change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can assist you.
