STORE POLICY
Last updated: 3 August 2026
Welcome to Bellevia Fashion. This Store Policy explains the terms that apply when you browse our website, create an account or purchase products from us.
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Store Policy, together with our Delivery Information, Returns and Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Bellevia Fashion currently sells and delivers exclusively to customers with valid delivery addresses in the United Kingdom.
2. Our Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, measurements, colours, materials and other information are accurate and up to date.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen settings, lighting conditions and the production batch. Small variations in measurements, finishing or placement of patterns may also occur.
Measurements shown in our size guides are provided to help customers select the most suitable size. Customers should review the relevant size guide before ordering, as sizing may differ between individual products.
Product availability is subject to change. Adding a product to the shopping basket does not reserve it or guarantee its availability.
3. Product Selection and Suppliers
Bellevia Fashion carefully selects products from independent suppliers based on their design, style, materials, finishing and everyday wearability.
Some products may be dispatched directly from one of our selected fulfilment partners or supplier warehouses. This allows us to offer a broader collection without holding every product in a single location.
Where an order contains more than one product, the items may be dispatched separately and arrive in different parcels. Separate tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Bellevia Fashion remains the customer’s point of contact regarding the order, regardless of which approved fulfilment partner dispatches the product.
4. Prices and Currency
All prices on the Bellevia Fashion UK website are displayed in pounds sterling — GBP.
The total amount payable will be displayed before the customer confirms the order. Any applicable taxes, delivery costs or other mandatory charges will be disclosed before purchase.
Bellevia Fashion reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
If an obvious pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer before dispatch. The customer may choose to pay the correct price or cancel the affected product for a full refund.
5. Payments and Security
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the customer’s device, location and payment provider.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Bellevia Fashion does not directly receive or store complete card details.
Our website uses SSL encryption to protect information transmitted during the checkout process. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment and billing details are accurate and that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Bellevia Fashion may carry out reasonable security or fraud-prevention checks before accepting an order.
6. Placing and Accepting an Order
After placing an order, the customer will receive an automated order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted for dispatch.
An order is accepted when:
-
payment has been successfully authorised;
-
the product is confirmed as available; and
-
a dispatch confirmation has been sent.
We may cancel all or part of an order where:
-
the product is unavailable;
-
payment has not been authorised;
-
incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
-
we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;
-
the delivery address is outside our supported area; or
-
fulfilling the order would breach a legal or regulatory requirement.
Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days.
During sales, public holidays, seasonal periods or product launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays and weekends.
The customer will receive a dispatch email with tracking details once the order has been shipped.
8. UK Delivery
Bellevia Fashion currently offers free standard tracked delivery to eligible UK addresses, with no minimum order value.
Estimated delivery times after processing are:
-
England: 7–14 business days
-
Scotland: 7–14 business days
-
Wales: 7–14 business days
-
Northern Ireland: 10–18 business days
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed appointments. Delays may occasionally occur because of carrier disruption, customs processing, adverse weather, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand.
Unless another delivery period has been expressly agreed with the customer, orders will be delivered within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law.
9. Tracking and Separate Parcels
Every dispatched order includes tracking at no additional cost.
Where products are dispatched from different fulfilment locations, they may arrive separately. The customer may receive more than one dispatch confirmation and tracking number.
A product arriving before another product from the same order does not necessarily mean that the remaining parcel has been lost.
Customers should contact us if:
-
tracking has not updated for an unusually long period;
-
the estimated delivery period has passed; or
-
a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located.
We will investigate the matter with the relevant carrier and assist the customer in reaching an appropriate resolution.
10. Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the flat number, building name, postcode and any relevant delivery instructions.
Where an address error is noticed after ordering, the customer should contact us within 12 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch.
Bellevia Fashion will assist with delivery problems caused by an incorrect address. Reasonable redelivery costs may apply where a parcel is returned because of inaccurate information supplied by the customer, subject to the customer’s statutory rights.
Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer when the parcel is delivered into the physical possession of the customer or another person identified by them to receive it.
11. Changes and Cancellations Before Dispatch
Customers who wish to change or cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing it.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has started or the parcel has been dispatched.
Where cancellation before dispatch is not possible, the customer may still exercise the applicable right to cancel after receiving the goods.
12. Right to Cancel and Change-of-Mind Returns
UK customers may notify us that they wish to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after the day on which the order is received.
After notifying us, the customer has a further 14 days to send the goods back.
No reason needs to be provided for a change-of-mind cancellation.
To begin a return, the customer must contact:
The message should include:
-
the customer’s name;
-
order number;
-
product being returned; and
-
confirmation that the customer wishes to cancel or return the item.
Customers must not send products to an address shown on the original parcel without first contacting us. The correct return instructions and return address will be supplied after the request has been received.
13. Condition of Returned Products
Customers may inspect and try on products in the same way that they reasonably would in a physical shop.
Returned goods should, wherever possible:
-
be clean and unworn beyond a reasonable fitting;
-
not have been washed, altered or deliberately damaged;
-
include the original tags; and
-
include the original packaging where it is still available.
Original packaging is requested to help protect the product but is not an absolute condition of the customer’s legal right to cancel.
We may make a reasonable deduction from the refund where handling has gone beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and fit, and that handling has reduced its value.
14. Items That May Be Excluded From Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply to:
-
personalised or custom-made products;
-
products made to the customer’s individual specifications;
-
sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the hygiene seal has been broken;
-
sealed earrings or other hygiene-sensitive jewellery where a clearly identified hygiene seal has been broken;
-
products damaged through misuse after delivery; and
-
other products legally exempt from cancellation rights.
Products purchased during a sale or promotion retain the same statutory rights as products purchased at their regular price.
This section does not limit the customer’s rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrect.
15. Return Postage
For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is normally responsible for the return postage cost.
Customers should use a tracked postal service and retain proof of postage until the return has been completed.
Where a product is confirmed as faulty, damaged on arrival, misdescribed or incorrect, Bellevia Fashion will provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return costs where required.
16. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For a valid change-of-mind cancellation, the refund will normally be processed within 14 days of:
-
receiving the returned goods; or
-
receiving satisfactory evidence that the goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first.
Where the customer paid for delivery, the refund will include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order. Bellevia Fashion currently provides free standard UK delivery, so there is normally no standard outbound delivery charge to refund.
Bank and card-provider processing times may affect when the refunded amount appears in the customer’s account.
17. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Products must be:
-
of satisfactory quality;
-
fit for their normal purpose;
-
as described; and
-
consistent with the information provided before purchase.
Customers should report visible damage, an incorrect product or another obvious problem within 48 hours where reasonably possible, as this helps us investigate promptly with the carrier or supplier.
Failure to contact us within 48 hours does not remove or reduce the customer’s statutory rights.
Customers should provide:
-
their order number;
-
a description of the problem;
-
clear photographs or video of the product;
-
photographs of the external packaging where relevant; and
-
photographs of the shipping label where relevant.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the available resolution may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
18. Exchanges
Bellevia Fashion does not currently offer direct exchanges.
Customers who require a different size, colour or style should follow the return process and place a new order for the preferred product.
This allows the replacement product to be processed more quickly and prevents it from becoming unavailable while the original return is in transit.
19. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional codes:
-
must be entered before completing checkout;
-
cannot normally be applied retrospectively;
-
may be limited to specific products, dates or customers;
-
may have a minimum order value;
-
may not be combined with another offer unless expressly stated; and
-
cannot be exchanged for cash.
Bellevia Fashion may withdraw or amend a promotion where there is an error, misuse, fraud or another reasonable operational reason.
Promotional terms do not affect statutory consumer rights.
20. Gift Cards
Bellevia Fashion gift cards may be used only on the website and in accordance with the conditions shown at the time of purchase.
Gift cards:
-
cannot be exchanged for cash;
-
must not be resold without permission;
-
may be used until the available balance has been exhausted; and
-
are subject to any validity period clearly communicated before purchase.
Nothing in this section removes any cancellation or refund right that applies under consumer law.
21. Customer Accounts
Customers may be given the option to create an account to review orders, save details and manage certain preferences.
The customer is responsible for:
-
keeping login credentials confidential;
-
providing accurate information;
-
preventing unauthorised access to their device; and
-
notifying us if they believe their account has been compromised.
We may suspend or close an account where there is suspected fraud, misuse, abusive behaviour or a breach of these policies.
22. Customer Conduct
Customers must not use the website to:
-
commit fraud or another unlawful activity;
-
interfere with the website’s security or operation;
-
submit false or misleading information;
-
place orders using an unauthorised payment method;
-
copy or exploit website content without permission;
-
upload malicious code; or
-
harass or abuse members of our customer-service team.
Reasonable and respectful complaints will always be considered.
23. Privacy and Personal Information
Bellevia Fashion collects and uses personal information where necessary to:
-
process and deliver orders;
-
provide customer service;
-
prevent fraud;
-
comply with legal and accounting obligations;
-
operate customer accounts;
-
improve the website; and
-
send marketing communications where the customer has consented or another lawful basis applies.
Information may be shared with relevant service providers, including Wix, payment processors, fulfilment partners, delivery companies, analytics providers and marketing platforms, only where necessary and subject to the applicable privacy arrangements.
Further information must be provided in our separate Privacy Policy.
24. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website may use essential cookies to operate the shopping basket, checkout, account and security functions.
Analytics, advertising and other non-essential cookies or similar technologies will be managed according to the customer’s consent choices and our Cookie Policy.
Customers can review or change their available cookie preferences through the website’s cookie settings.
25. Marketing Communications
Customers may receive marketing emails only where they have subscribed, consented or where another lawful basis permits the communication.
Every marketing email will provide a method of unsubscribing.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent customers from receiving essential transactional messages concerning existing orders, payments, returns or account security.
26. Intellectual Property
The Bellevia Fashion name, branding, logo, website design, original written content and other protected materials belong to Bellevia Fashion or are used with appropriate permission.
Website content may be viewed and used for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
It must not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, altered or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
27. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict the website to perform maintenance, correct errors, update products, respond to security concerns or comply with legal obligations.
We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
28. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
-
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
-
defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded; or
-
breach of mandatory consumer rights.
Bellevia Fashion is not responsible for indirect business losses suffered by a customer purchasing products wholly or mainly for personal use.
29. Complaints
We aim to handle complaints fairly and promptly.
Customers may contact us at:
Email: contact@belleviafashion.com
WhatsApp: through the contact button on our website
Website: www.belleviafashion.co.uk
Please include the order number and a clear description of the issue.
We will acknowledge the complaint and work towards a reasonable resolution. More complex matters may require additional investigation with a payment provider, carrier or fulfilment partner.
30. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Store Policy when our services, business practices, website features or legal obligations change.
The latest version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen under an accepted order.
31. Applicable Consumer Rights
This policy is intended to operate alongside the mandatory consumer protections that apply to UK customers.
Nothing in this policy restricts rights relating to:
-
goods that are faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or unsatisfactory;
-
cancellation of eligible distance contracts;
-
refunds, repairs or replacements;
-
protection of personal information; or
-
other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory consumer right will prevail.
